Louis DevineCreative

I’m Louis. I like cool ideas.

I don’t trust the first good idea.

In 2026, I won AWARD School’s Ray Black Pencil as National Top Student.

The briefThe Commercial Creativity brief asked students to apply AWARD School’s creative problem-solving skills beyond advertising by developing a product, business or entrepreneurial idea. The concept had to respond to one of three broad springboards: household food waste, increased screen use among children under 10, or the rise in short domestic trips. The final submission needed to clearly explain the idea, its connection to the chosen springboard, target audience, name, a concise elevator pitch, supporting sketches or detail, and any relevant context around the problem, opportunity or commercial potential.

About

Since you asked.

I tend to keep pulling at things after they start working. The last 10% is usually where they get interesting.

My route here has been less direct: communication design, branding, marketing, computer science, digital, analytics, and metal fabrication because I wanted to build sick motorcycles.

Still do.

I spend the rest of my time messing with old bikes and bonsai. Neither has a finish line.

Say hello.

Jobs, ideas, motorcycles, tiny trees. All welcome.
